Walter did an amazing job for us replacing our AC, thermostat, whole house humidifier, and vents. He also did a number of handyman fixes for things that were breaking down. I've used Arzet for ten years and could not recommend them more highly. They've done annual service on my furnace and AC. They've replaced a water heater and most recently replaced a boiler for our buildings snow melt system. They are consistently fair and honest, responsive and informative.
